AAA BEEF TENDERLOIN

Certified black angus tenderloin.  The most tender cut of beef.  Best prepared rare, medium rare or medium.  Served with fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes and Port Wine-sage sauce 3.95 per ounce

Slow cooked to fall off the bone with tomato lamb jus, mashed potatoes

DUCK CONFIT                                       

Slow roasted duck leg, roasted potatoes, pineapple chutney and vegetables.

COQ AU VIN                                          

Chicken breast, mushrooms, red wine,     

bacon, and fresh herbs, vegetables and mashed potatoes.

 

VEAL CALVADOS                                  

Seared scaloppini of veal, mushroom, grainy mustard and Calvados cream

sauce with lentil du puy and vegetables                            

                      

 

BOUILLABAISSE                                 

Monk fish, tiger shrimp and scallop in saffron tomato bouillabaisse broth,

fresh vegetables and potatoes.                                                                            

 

TIGER SHRIMP                                    

Sautéed in tomato fennel coconut         

chardonnay, served with vegetables and basmati rice.                                                                      

 

SALMON                                                

Crispy salmon with lentil du puy, dijon mustard crème fraiche and vegetables.
